Ron Paradoski
President
Ron founded PDRS in 2008 after working as a lawyer in the private sector for 20 years. Throughout his career, he represented utility companies, trucking companies, insurance companies, and other organizations in property damage, subrogation, and personal injury claims. He holds a Bachelor’s in Finance from MSU and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit.
Paul Kleine
Operations Manager
As a lifelong entrepreneur, Paul has 25 years of experience running organizations of all sizes. His areas of expertise include process improvement, IT, finance, and customer relations. Paul has a BSE in computer engineering from the University of Michigan.
Claudia Langsdorf

After earning her degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Claudia worked in corporate recruiting, staffing, and sales for 8 years at American Express and Miller Brewing.
Ron Corirossi
Continuous Improvement
Ron has decades of experience leading manufacturing and office teams to achieve excellence. As a senior manager, Ron was one of the first Chrysler employees trained in Japan for Lean Manufacturing. After retiring from Chrysler, Ron was a consultant at DTE in the Continuous Improvement Group for 13 years and worked in 7 different countries consulting with organizations on lean techniques.
